We Will Explore Brainspotting Concepts:

• The Uncertainty Principle & No Assumptions Model: Embracing therapeutic uncertainty, fostering openness & curiosity.

• Dual Attunement: The art of maintaining deep attunement to both the client’s process and your own internal experience.

• Staying in the Tail of the Comet: Explore strategies for staying connected to the evolving edge of the client’s process.

• Limbic Countertransference: How to recognize and address automatic reactions rooted in the limbic system.

• W.A.I.T. - Why Am I Talking?: Cultivate mindful communication to support deeper client exploration.

• Case Conceptualization: Reframe traditional case conceptualization approaches with a neuroexperiential influence.
